Precision diagnostics for personalized medicine, now, for everyone

Democratizing precision diagnostics

We provide a solution to democratization of genomic testing, making it a routine part of our healthcare, truly accessible to all, thus unlocking the door for implementation and optimisation of precision medicine therapies.

Democratizing precision diagnostics

Rethinking tumour profiling to allow better treatment decisions for both clinicians and patients

Our technology enhances tissue profiling and enables informative liquid biopsies by allowing the analysis of challenging circulating biomarkers, including cell-free nucleic acids and exosomes.

Our first focus is in areas where patient need is high, market opportunity is significant, and our expertise is deep: molecular oncology, infective diseases, drug resistance.

Whatever is the indication, we do not compromise between the time, quality, and access.

Configurable, multiplex, sensitive test: all information in one assay, one format for different indications

Rosebio’s ZipArray platform offers a flexible and robust format for simultaneous and ultrasensitive detection of multiple and rare biomarkers, such as minority mutations, in single and often limited diagnostic samples. Our proprietary technology can be integrated within the existing laboratory infrastructure, without disruption of a diagnostic sample life cycle, and without high complexity operations or resources needed.

ZipArray allows easy integration and re-configuration of probes and protocols, aided by computational array design, responding to specific needs of existing and novel treatments, and assuring cutting-edge support to testing and implementation of molecular and biological drugs.

DNA-encoded Arrays

Using DNA tags for encoding and decoding of specific molecular targets pairs the power of design and prediction of probes specificity and affinity, with the power of signal amplification. Our 3D proprietary polymeric coating enables high density of probe grafting and of hybridization events on the microarray surface.

Signal Enhancement

The power of amplifiable genetics is combined with high sensitivity of fluorescence detection achieved with the use of a common laboratory scanner through a modulation of fluorescence properties of silicon/silicon dioxide substrate layer on the chip surface. The efficiency of the signal capture is increased by magnetic concentration of fluorescent targets onto the surface.

multiplexing

Multiplexing

DNA code is translated to a special information onto the chip: multiplex detection of single nucleotide variants is enabled by allele-specific oligonucleotide hybridization in solution under a temperature gradient, followed by capture on a microarray surface. This enables simultaneous detection of 100s of target molecules without compromising  the sensitivity and specificity.

ai

AI & Digital

We are implementing additional technologies to increase the sensitivity and output: digital detection by using nanoparticle mediated signal decoding, will bring the sensitivity of our assays to a femtomolar grade if and where needed. The use of proprietary AI tools will support the design and the interpretation of ZipArray multiplex readouts.

Our ready-to-use, easy-to-customise assays, enable high-quality, high-value, high-productivity testing using standard laboratory equipment.

Fully automated

Fully automated

All consumables and reagents are ready to use and integrated within an all-in-one automated system, Immune to external interference and operator’s error, enabling reduction of hands-on time and optimized laboratory workout.

rapid

Rapid time to result

We pair the multiplex format (100s of target molecules) and flexible throughput (1-96 samples) with a rapid assay (less than 2 hours) and proprietary software, enabling you to have the informative profiling results within a work shift.

Sensitive and precise

Sensitive and precise

We focus on highly sensitive detection and identification of minority mutations and structural variants in challenging tissue or blood samples, enabling timely and noninvasive profiling at any point of clinical workup.

flexible

Flexible

Our DNA encoding chemistry is robust and configurable, empowering user-customised protocols and tests and enabling easy incorporation of novel biomarkers informing evolving treatment options.

Our Diagnostics

We provide a cost-effective alternative to wide genome methods, where these are not practical and necessary, and provide ready-to-use solutions for known targets (i.e. cancer mutations, drug resistance or susceptibility).
